摘要
目的:研究急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的变化,探讨其在ACS危险分层中的作用。方法:选取48例ACS患者为实验组,其中急性心肌梗死(AMI)12例,不稳定型心绞痛(UA)36例,选取12例已排除冠心病患者作为对照组,分别取血清测定hs-CRP、MMP-9水平,比较各组的差异。结果:ACS组血清hs-CRP、MMP-9水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01);AMI组血清hs-CRP、MMP-9水平明显高于UA组(P<0.01)。结论:血清hs-CRP、MMP-9浓度升高与ACS的发生,特别是与AMI的发生有着密切的关系,血清hs-CRP、MMP-9浓度升高可能是ACS,特别是AMI发生的预测指标。
Objoctive To observe the change of serum high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and matrix metalloproteinase -9 (MMP-9) in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS), and explore the role of hs-CRP and MMP-9 in ACS. Mothods: Forty-eight patients with ACS were enrolled in experiment group, in which there were 12 patients with acute myocardial infaction (AMI) and 36 patients with unstable angina (UA). Meanwhile, 12 patients without coronary heart disease were as control. The levels of hs-CRP and MMP-9 were detected and compared. Results: The levels of hs- CRP and MMP-9 in ACS group were significantly higher than that in control group (P〈0.01) ; the levels of hs-CRP and MMP-9 in AMI group were significantly higher than that in UA group (P〈0.01). Gonclusion: The elevation of hs-CRP and MMP-9 in serum is closely associated with ACS, particularly AMI, and may serve as an indicator for predicting ACS and AMI.
