摘要
根据激光深熔焊存在小孔现象的特点,利用符合小孔形貌特点的高斯旋转曲面体热源进行加载,得到了随激光工艺参数改变而变化的小孔形貌。建立符合小孔尺寸的微米级精细计算模型,分析随工艺参数变化的激光焊接温度梯度分布特征。通过分析小孔特征尺寸及特征温度梯度,得出对小孔形貌及温度梯度影响最大的工艺参数。研究了小孔形貌特征形成与激光深熔焊温度梯度之间的定性关系。
