摘要
用系谱选择法研究了5个冬小麦品种(系)M1-M4穗形和芒的变异情况。结果表明,小麦种子经航天诱变后能引起穗形和芒的变异,不同品种的诱变效果不同;变异可产生在M1,也可产生在其后世代;这些变异一般是可遗传的,并且在后代中会产生分离,多数分离类型通过2~3代的单株选择可以达到性状的基本一致。
With the purpose to investigate the variation of spike and awn of wheat boarded on recoverable satellite, variation situation of 5 new wheat cultivars( lines )in spike and awn was studied from M1-M4 by pedigree selection method. The result showed that variation of spike and awn in wheat seeds carried in this test could induced space mutation. Induction effect differed from cultivars. Variation, produced in M1 or in the other progenies, was heritable and segregated in the successive progenies,most of which tend to stable in traits by 2~3 generation.
