摘要
正确计算出三通管内流体交汇附近的流场、温度场和压力场的分布情况,对于管路的设计具有重要作用。以石化工业中常见的三通管为例,应用计算流体力学技术,研究了三通管管内流体各个流态参数,并对管内流体流动进行了二维模拟。在模拟过程中采用了不同的流体介质和不同的状态参数,得到了相应参数下三通管内流体交汇处的流场、温度场及压力场的分布情况。
It is an important role in the design for pipeline to compute the fluid flow, temperature and pressure distribution near T-tube. The T-tube was taken as an example to study all the fluid flow parameters by using computational fluid dynamics techniques and two-dimensional simulation was taken for the flow of fluids in T-tube through the standard model of FLUENT software. The different fluid medium and the different state variable in the simulation process, and the distributed situation in the T-tube the fluid intersection point flow field,the temperature fields were studied, and the pressure field under the corresponding parameter was obtained.
