对垃圾发电厂的投资模式、初投资、经营模式、收益来源及运行成本的现状及趋势进行了综述,并对垃圾进行无害化和减量处理,变废为宝的主题进行探讨。
It deals with the investment mode, initial investment, business mode and benefit sources as well as the status and trend of operation cost for rubbish power plant. It also probes the issues mainly regarding rubbish harmless and its decrement treatment as well as changing rubbish into valuables.
