摘要
空气过滤器利用导流板使气流高速旋转,通过离心力将压缩空气中的液态水、液态油滴分离出来,同时在气流通过滤芯的微小缝隙时滤去空气中的灰尘和固体杂质.分水效率、过滤精度和流量特性是主要的性能指标.设计空气过滤器的关键是导流板的叶片角度控制在30°~45°,进气口面积、导流板过流面积和出气口面积依次递减,流道设计简单化,减少压力损失.
By using deflector to make compressed air revolve with high-speed, liquid water and oil drop are separated by means of centrifugal force. Meanwhile, filter dust and solid impurities are filtered. Water separation efficiency, filter precision and flow characteristics are the major performance indicators. The keys to the design of an air filter are to control blade angle in the range of 30°-45° ,reduce inlet area, deflector area and outlet area gradually, simplify flow channel and reduce the pressure loss.
