摘要
钢、木结构的钢管成品包装箱在吊运过程中,箱体易弯曲变形,底座易破损,为提高其使用寿命,经分析包装箱起吊时的受力状况,设计选定出理想的包装箱起吊位置及底座截面尺寸,实际运用效果良好。
The steel-wood made packing box for finished steel tubes was always subjected to bending and distortion during lifting, resulting in damage of the base. To increase the service life of the said packing box, based on analysis of the loading conditions of the box during lifting, optimum lift-position and base cross-section size of the box were designed. Relevant operational practice has shown that the said design is very effective.
