摘要
利用热处理的方法,对沥青基球状活性炭(PSAC)进行了改性处理。利用氮气吸附、酸碱滴定、动态接触角测定仪(DCA)等方法对改性前后样品的孔结构、表面酸碱官能团及浸润性能进行表征。结果表明,随着热处理改性温度的升高及时间的延长,PSAC的表面的酸性官能团逐渐减少,碱性官能团逐渐增加,且改性气氛对表面官能团有较大的影响。经热处理改性后,沥青基球状活性炭的浸润性能有所降低。
Pitch—based spherical activated carbon (PSAC) was modified by heat treatment. Changes of PSAC after modification in pore structure and surface chemical groups were studied by different techniques including N2 adsorption, acid- base titration, and dynamic contact angle analyzer (DCA). The results showed that texture change of PSAC after heat treatment was not obvious. As heat treatment temperature and time increased, surface acidic groups of PSAC decreased,while the basic groups increased,which was responsible for the decrease of wettability,and the modification atmosphere had significantly influence on surface functional groups.
