摘要
采用紫外光谱法对以苯酚为原料通过Reimer-Tiemann反应合成的水杨醛产物进行了水杨醛含量的测定。结果表明,采用环己烷作为溶剂,吸收波长为328mm,在0.005~0.050g/L范围内,水杨醛的吸光度与浓度呈线性关系,相对标准偏差不大于0.12%(n=5),加标回收率为99.09%。
The content of salicylaldehyde in the product that was synthesized from phenol by the Reimer - Tiemann reaction was determined by UV sepetrophotometry. The measured result showed that the lengths of absorption wave was 328 nnl with the eyelo- hexane as solvent. In the range of 0. 005 g/L to 0. 050 g/L, the salieylaldehyde absorbanee was linear with concentration. The RSD was not more than 0.12% ( n = 5) , and the recovery was 99.09%.
