摘要
目的:探讨合理的人力资源配置,以保证护理工作的质量、效率和安全。方法:调整护理人力编配,注重护理人力资源的整合,合理地使用有限的人力资源,实行护士分层次使用,重视护士能力的发挥与培养,激发护士以最好的工作态度和最佳的技术水平做好护理工作。结果:有效地充分发挥不同学历、不同层次护士的潜能,加强了临床护理的力量,保证了护理质量,提高了病人的满意度。结论:合理配置人力资源对促进护理学科发展起到积极的作用。
Objective: To investigate how to arrange nursing human resources properly to assure the quality, efficiency and safety of nursing. Methods: Reallocating nursing human resources reasonable to increase the utilization ratio for Current nursing human resources. The strategies included grading management of nurses, strengthening continuing education, establishing Stimulating mechanism. Results: Arranging nursing human resources properly improved nursing management level, stirred up the nursing personnel's professional potential and improved the patients' satisfaction. Conclusion: Properly staffing is beneficial for the development of nursing.
