摘要
社区发展进程中,无论是政府主导作用的发挥,还是政党对社区领导核心地位的确立,以及社会力量的成长与发展,都为社区空间的多元共治提供了主体要素。在合作主义视野下,以上海浦东新区潍坊社区的现实发展为蓝本,建构一个以社区自治为基础的,党政融合、条块整合、多元互动的社区共治架构,将有助于推动社区发展的未来治理。
In the progress of community development, government, Party and society are the three main bodies for the co-goverance in community. In a cooperation view, a co-goverance fram which based on community self-goverance was established including the cooperation between government and Party, betwween ＂tiao＂and ＂kuai＂, between government and society.
