摘要
目的了解复方861合剂对实验性肝纤维化的逆转作用及可能的机理。方法制备大鼠免疫损伤性肝纤维化模型,给予复方丹参861合剂治疗;观察肝组织、血清胶原酶活性及肝组织胶原蛋白含量的变化。结果治疗组大鼠在治疗过程中,肝组织胶原蛋白含量较模型组显著降低;而其肝组织活性胶原酶活性(A),肝组织潜在胶原酶活性(L),A/L 比值及血清胶原酶活性(S)均较模型组显著升高.结论复方丹参861合剂对已形成的肝纤维化有一定程度的逆转作用;其机理可能与胶原酶活性升高对沉积胶原的降解有关.
Objective To investigate the reversal effects and possible mechanism of herbal compound 861 on experimental liver fibrosis.Methods Immune complex-induced animal model of liver fibrosis was developed and herbal compound 861 was given after model production.Hepatic collagen contents,hepatic collagenase activity and serum collagenase activity were measured during the whole processes.Results The hepatic collgen contents of herbal treatment group was much lower than that of model group at middle and end of the treatment.One and half months after treatment with herbal compound 861,active hepatic collagenase activity(A),latent hepatic collagenase antivity(L)and serum collagenase activity(S)of fibrotic rats increased dramaticly and were much higher than those in model group.Three months after treatments,A,L,S were lowered than before,but still higher than those of model group.At this time A/L ratio was higher than that of before.Conclusion Therapeutical use of herbal compound 861 could reverse liver fibrosis to some extent.The mechanism may be related to degradation of deposited collagen by the increaed collagenase activity.
