摘要
检测了截面尺寸为460mm×800mm×3200mm的非调质预硬型塑料模具钢(SWFT钢)截面上的硬度分布,观察了截面的金相组织,并与调质预硬型塑料模具钢3Cr2MnNiMo钢进行了车削加工比较。结果表明,SwFT钢在整个截面尺寸范围内均为贝氏体组织,截面硬度分布在37~40HRC,达到调质预硬型塑料模具钢3Cr2MnNiMo钢硬度均匀性要求,同时SWFT钢具有较好的切削加工性能,加工后的试样表面光洁度较好。
The hardness distribution of the non-quenched and tempered prehardened steel for plastic mould (SWFT steel) with the section size of 460 mm × 800 mm × 3200 mm was examined and its microstructure was observed. Its machineability was researched by the turning comparative experiment with quenched and tempered prehardened 3Cr2MnNiMo steel for plastic mould. The results show that the microstructure of the SWFT steel is bainite that distributes uniformly through the whole section, and its hardness is between 37 and 40 HRC. Also, the SWFT steel has good machineability and surface finish quality after turning.
