摘要
介绍了水下绳锯机张力检测装置的组成及工作原理,并且采用ANSYS软件对关键部件导向轴进行了优化设计,最后对检测装置进行了标定,试验表明此装置满足设计要求.
The composition and working principle of tensile force detecting system of an underwater wire saw was introduced. An optimal design of the guide axis based on ANSYS is presented, detecting system was demarcated finally. The test showed the tensile detecting system achieved the expected goal.
