摘要
[目的]探讨经鼻内镜清除鼻咽癌病人放疗后鼻咽组织坏死的护理。[方法]回顾分析20例鼻咽癌病人放疗后鼻咽组织坏死病人进行鼻内镜下局部清除术前护理、术中配合及术后的护理。[结果]3例病人在出现鼻咽坏死后1年内由于鼻咽大出血死亡,5例鼻咽坏死完全修复,9例临床症状得到不同程度的缓解,生存质量得到明显改善,20例病人临床症状如头痛、鼻臭及反复出血等症状均得到不同程度改善,生存质量较治疗前得到不同程度的提高。[结论]采取鼻内镜直视下进行外科清创,在清创前后给予相应的护理,取得一定的疗效。
Objective： To probe into nursing care of patients with nasopharynx necrosis handled per nasal endoscope. Methods： A total of 20 nasopharynx cancer patients with nasopharyneal tissue necrosis after undergoing radiotherapy were analyzed retrospectively on their preoperative nursing, intraoperative coordination and postoperative nursing as they were undergoing local d6bridement per nasal endoscope. Results： Among all 20 patients, 3 cases died of nasopharyneal hemorrhea within one year of nasopharyneal necrosis. And 5 cases were repaired completely. And clinical symptoms of 9 cases were relieved at different degrees and living qualities of them were improved obviously. Clinical symptoms of all 20 cases （including 3 death cases） such as headache, ozaena and iterative hemorrhage were improved at different degree. Living quality of patients have promoted compared with that of before treatment. Conclusion： Corresponding nursing care were given to patients undergoing surgical debridement per nasal endoscope before and after debridement could achieve certain curative effect.
