VB与Matlab集成求解车间调度优化问题

摘要 针对车间调度优化问题建模计算的复杂性、多约束性等特点,采用基于COM组件的VB与Matlab集成方法求解,即应用Matlab强大的数值计算能力编制遗传算法实现部分,由VB开发交互程序界面。最后针对具体算例求解最优调度方案,并生成加工甘特图。实验表明该方法简单、高效。 Jobshop Schedule Problems have some features such as high modellng/calculating complexity, multi - restrictions and so on .To solve it successful ,the author used a method of hybrid programming with VB and Matlab, which is based on COM. That is, the genetic algorithm optimal program was realized by Matlab which have strong calculating ability and the main program with good interface was realized by VB. At last, the author used the sample program find the best schedule scheme for a case and shows its dynamical Gantt pictures. The results indicate that this method is simple and high efficient.
