摘要
介绍了青岛市市内四区城镇地籍更新测量的基本情况,对于城镇地籍更新测量中遇到的已发证宗地、无证宗地、自然地块、住宅小区等权属调查问题提出了"尊重历史,面对现实"的解决办法,并就遇到的其他问题也进行了探索和实践,有力地推动了工程的开展,取得了显著的效果。青岛市市内四区地籍更新测量对国内其他城镇的地籍更新测量具有一定的参照和借鉴作用。
This paper introduces the basic situations of cadastral revision surveying in four districts of Qingdao City, and puts forward the solution of ＂respecting the history and facing the reality＂ for the ownership investigation issues about the parcel land with certificate, the parcel land without certificate, the natural land, and the residential areas in the process of cadastral revision surveying, as well as explores and practices other issues in the surveying, which makes remarkable effects and strongly promotes the development of the project. The cadastral revision surveying in four districts of Qingdao City provides certain reference for the cadastral revision surveying of other domestic towns and cities.
