绩效管理是发达国家普遍采用的一项政府改革举措,绩效型政府将成为中国各级地方政府行政改革的基本价值取向,国外地方政府绩效管理的发展与成功经验将为我国地方政府的行政改革提供借鉴。
Performance management is generally applied in developed countries ＇ government administration reform since 1980, which is also the basic orientation in the Chinese government＇s administration reform. The experience of foreign local governments＇ performance management offers reference to the reform of the Chinese administration through comparative research.
