CK、AQi检测左心功能的动物实验与临床应用系列研究

摘要 HP2500彩超仪的CK(ColorKenisis)与AQi(Inteligentacousticquantification)技术提供了心脏功能实时检测方法,并以彩色编码标记,一帧帧实时显示心内膜(室壁)运动随心脏收缩、舒张时间改变各周期室壁不同阶段运动的顺序与动力。本文目的是研究CK、AQi临床应用价值,通过犬人工失血性休克的动物实验,验证其可靠性。以68例正常心脏CK、AQi心功能测值,作为病变心脏检查的对照,各种心脏病AQi波形和CK图像的变化与病理学一致。结果提示,CK、AQi对心脏病诊断是一种有希望、有价值的新方法。 CK(Color Kenisis)and AQi(Intelligent acoustic quantification) respectively provides a realtime measurement of cardiac function and makes realtime display of the timing endocardial wall motion by HP 2500 color scanning. We studied the practical value in clinical application and further verified the reliabilitity by changes of the AQi and CK imaging observed before, during and after hemorrhagic shock in animal experiment. The values of AQi curves and CK imagings in 50 normal hearts may provide a normal control value for abnormal heart examination. AQi and CK of various cardiac diseases changed in corresponding with pathology. Conclusion: The results suggested that AQi and CK be a new promising and valuable method for diagnosing heart diseases.
