摘要
历史上河南长期是中国封建王朝的统治中心,出现了多个当时世界上最繁华的都市,但是近年来这些城市的发展不仅逐渐失去历史风貌,落后于沿海新兴城市,而且它们之间的发展也参差不齐。开封和洛阳作为河南两个有代表性的历史文化名城,通过对这2个城市的发展条件、发展现状、经济增长轨迹以及发展支撑条件的差异性分析,提出中原崛起的时代背景下河南历史文化城市发展需要注意的5个问题。
Henan is China＇ s long history of feudal dynasties ruled center. A number of the world＇ s most prosperous cities appeared on this land. In recent years, however, these cities are not only losing historic look but also lagging behind the rising coastal cities. This article, based on conditions for the development of the two cities, the current development situation, the support factors of economic growth and the economical development course, had put forward five enlightennents in the development course of Henan＇ s historical and cultural cities under the background of the rising of central plains.
