摘要
目的总结阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)围手术期护理要点。方法对35例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者行悬雍垂腭咽成形术+鼻部手术,术前对患者进行全面身心评估,解除思想顾虑,完善各项术前检查;术后重点加强生命体征的观察,观察切口渗血情况,确保呼吸道通畅以及注意营养支持。结果本组治愈20例(57.1%),显效10例(28.6%),有效5例(14.3%),无效0例,无护理并发症。结论做好OSAHS患者围手术期护理,可帮助患者顺利完成手术治疗,减轻患者术前焦虑和减少术后并发症的发生,有效地提高治疗效果。
Objective To summarize the points of nursing obstructive sleep apnea-hyponea （OSAHS） patients. Methods 35 OSAHS patients were treated by the uvulopalatopharyngoplasty ＆ nasal surgery. Before OSAHS, metal and physical evaluations were conducted to them to solve their mental problems. Preoperative examinations were completed. After operation, the nursing points included observation of vital signs and bleeding at incision, keeping respiratory tract unobstructed and active nutrition support. Results 20 cases were cured （57.1%）, 10 cases achieved significant effect （28.6%）, 5 cases did effect （14.3%）, None was no effect. No complication occurred. Conclusion Perioperative nursing for the OSAHS patients can help the operation successfully performed, and release the preoperative mlxiety and postoperative pains, reduce incidence of complications and increase the curative effect.
