摘要
地理学和地理教育需要顺应国家经济发展的形式,在理论与实践层面不断创新,尤其是在应用层面将人文与自然要素结合起来,建立一个符合市场运作需求的综合理论体系。地理策划是策划人通过创新性思维和理念,发现、发掘、提升和实现地理系统要素价值的过程,是地理研究成果转化成价值的关键环节。它不仅包括区域性课题,还包括广泛的地理要素和地理事件的价值发现与创造过程。通过对地理策划关键问题的梳理,构建了地理策划的基本理论框架,以使地理学更直接地面向市场。
The innovation and creative thinking in theory and applied geography and concerning education is a must in order to meet the need of the transformation of our national development style. In undergoing geography practice, a great mount of cases indicate us that "planning process" is becoming more important in applied geography to make geographic elements valuable. So a systemic and comprehensive theory of applied geography should be established so as to satisfy the market economy needs in particular.
The concept of "geographic planning"should be explored further. It's a cross concept between geography and planning, and regarded as a progress of discovering, exploring, enhancing and realizing the value of geographic elements by means of planner's innovative thinking and elements integration. The "value" includes not only what can be calculated by money, but also what is meaningful to people's life (aesthetical, memorable, etc.). Geographical planning concerns not only the regional topic, but also the value discovery and creation process of various geographic elements or incidents. The mission of "geographic planning" is to promote geographic construction that can be great helpful to national economic, social and environmental development. Several examples of geographic planning {Talshan foundation stone, development model of Qingfeng lake in Dongying, Shandong province, and weather brokerage}are explained to increase the understanding of geographic planning.
Innovative thinking is the key to transform the geographical study achievements, knowledge, information, etc. into marketable value. And original innovative thinking is of the highest value. Any innovative thinking in geographic planning is a organic combination of nature and human elements involved in the process of value creation. According to typical example of geographical planning, the basic theoretical flame of geographical planning is set up by means of probing its key elements in order to make it face market more directly
