摘要
在对钻井事故处理不断思考和总结的基础上,根据卡钻特点,研制了一种能很好地处理卡钻事故的新型随钻安全接头;同时对其优越性及其强度进行了分析。考察了非对称和对称结构,分析了对称结构对于承受复杂情况的优越性。现场应用表明,新型随钻安全接头既起到了接头的连接作用,又可在特殊情况下,需要将其倒开时,随时可倒开。并且一次性倒扣成功,安全可靠,不会出现意外退扣使钻具掉落井底。保证了各种技术参数齐全、准确,误差在要求范围之内。
Based on lessons and experiences learned from the previous countermeasures dealing with drilling accidents, this study put forward a new type of safety joint while drilling which could treat sticking very well, while introducing in detail what the problem of sticking was like and the superiority and strength of this new safety joint. According to comparison between asymmetrical and symmetrical structures, this study revealed that the symmetrical structure had good advantages especially under complicated situations. Field studies showed that this new safety joint could not only serve as connector but also back off whenever needed under particular conditions. Moreover, the back off could be done successfully only once, which would be perfectly safe to prevent drilling tools from dropping into the well. Results showed that this new type of safety joint could help technical parameters complete and the error within the required range.
