摘要
近年来，国家教育考试突发事件呈现出发生率增高、突然性强、社会影响面大、处理难度加大等特点，已成为教育考试管理中亟须解决的紧迫问题。在教育考试突发事件的处理中，应遵循以人为本，保护考生权利，公平、公正、公开等原则。在处理方法上，应迅速反应、在第一时间处理；承担责任，及时疏导情绪；信息公开，积极引导舆论；政策协同，保护考生权益。
In recent years, new features have sprung up for handling emergencies in national educational examinations, such as the increasing frequency, urgency, social impact, and difficulty in handling, all of which demand prompt solution for examination administration. During the process, we should observe the principles like protecting examinees＇ right and being human-oriented, fair and open. The specific methods are as follows： 1. we should cope with the emergency without delay; 2. we should shoulder the responsibility to appease the public; 3. we should positively shape the public opinion by making related information known to the public; 4. we should protect examinees＇ right by correctly applying the policies.
