摘要
本文介绍了热塑性塑料在注射成型中最为常见的缺陷,分析了可能产生缺陷的各种原因,并从改进模具结构、成型工艺过程控制(包括温度,压力,时间等)以及对原料进行预干燥处理等方面,提出了相关的解决措施。
Various defects may occur in the production of thermoplastic by injection molding, and reasons caused these defects are analyed .Solutions by optimizing mold structure, adjusting the condition during shaping process（including temperature ,pressure, time ,etc.）and pretreating material are put forward.
