摘要
目的评价不同内固定方法治疗股骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法对128例股骨远端骨折手术治疗的患者，选用L形髁钢板、动力髁钢板（DCS）、股骨远端解剖钢板和逆行股骨髁上交锁髓内钉等进行治疗。结果128例病人通过8～18个月随访（平均10．3个月），各内固定组的优良率分别是：L形髁钢板70．3％（26／37），动力髁钢板95．5％（43／45），股骨远端解剖钢板83．3％（20／24），逆行股骨远端骨折86．4％（19／22）。结论四种内固定都能起到较好疗效，手术适应证的正确选择和内固定材料的规范操作是关键。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of different internal fixation methods for distal femoral fractures. Methods 128 cases of distal femoral fractures treated by different methods in our hospital from 1994 to 2004 were studied retrospectively. L-condylar blade plate, the 95 degrees condylar side plate and screw（DCS）, distal femoral condylar buttress plate and retrograde intramedullary locking nailing （RIIN） were used, and the results were compared. Results 128 cases were followed up for 10. 3 months （from 8 to 18 months）. Good or excellent results were obtained in 70. 3% （26/37） of fractures with L-condylar plate, 95. 5% （43/45） with DCS, 83. 3%（20/24） with distal femoral condylar buttress plate and 86. 4%（19/22） with RIIN. There was no significant difference among them. Conclusion Distal femoral fractures can be managed effectively by any one of the four kinds of internal fixation, and the key points for success are regards as selecting suitable indications for operations and acting strictly on operation principle.
