摘要
古代中国的思想文化政策宣扬"天命"论,灌输臣民意识,确立和维护不平等的制度,控制和压抑人们的思想文化自由,贯彻愚民意图,重教化而轻技艺,这些缺陷造成了近代中国的落后。要促进我国社会的文明与进步,应当吸取古代中国思想文化政策的经验和教训,确立合乎科学发展观要求的思想文化政策。
It is the policies of the thought and culture about ancient China to blazon forth the theory of kismet, inoculate with the consciousness of subject, set up and maintain the unfair institutions, control and suppress the freedom of thoughts and cultures, carry through the obscurant, attach importance to moralization but look clown on science and technology. That results in backwards in neoteric China. It should be used for reference to improve our country, while establishing the policies of the thought and culture that according to the idea of scientific development.
