摘要
采用水解酸化—生物接触氧化相结合的处理工艺处理合成橡胶废水。结果表明,在进水COD_(Cr)和BOD_5分别为656mg/L和286mg/L的情况下,出水平均值分别为82mg/L和28.6mg/L,平均去除率分别达到87.5%和90%。水解酸化可将合成橡胶废水的可生化性由0.44提高至0.56。
Study on the treatment of synthetic rubber wastewater with hydrolytic acidification-biological contact oxidation process has been conducted. The result showed that the process could reduce CODcr from 656mg/L to 82mg/L, and BOD5 from 286mg/L to 28.6mg/L, with removing rate of 87.5% and 90% respectively, which met the national discharge standard. The biodegradability (BOD5/CODcr) of synthetic rubber wastewater could be raised from 0.44 to 0.56 by hydrolytic acidification.
