摘要
中小企业的可持续发展既具有适用技术、经营灵活、产权明晰、创新等方面的优势,也具有不能承担社会责任、人才和资金缺乏、管理方式落后、市场占有率低等方面的劣势。通过构建中小企业承担社会责任的能力,形成资源整合能力,发展学习能力,完善适应能力,发展创新能力等措施来构建中小企业可持续发展能力体系。
To keep sustainable development, small and medium -sized enterprises have advantages in business flexibility, technology adoption, company property policies and innovation, as well as have disadvantages in raising funds, attracting and retaining talented employees, occupying low market share, lacking advanced business management skills and being unable to take a high level of social responsibilities. Small and medium -sized enterprises should build a structure of the sustainable development by enhancing capabilities of resource integration, developing learning skills, gaining innovation abilities, adaptabilities and nurturing social responsibilities.
