摘要
当代医学生所处的环境与以往大不相同,他们面临更多的机遇与挑战,也具有更强的创新意识和实践能力。医学院校应针对他们的具体特点,尝试采用激励式的课堂教学方法,激发学生的学习兴趣,引导学生进行自主性、创造性学习,以真正提高医学教学水平,推进教学改革。
As the changing of social environment and requirements, the medical students have to face different opportunities and challenges. Whereas, they also have strong aspiration for innovation and ability for practice. In the medical university, the authors have used the incentive teaching method according to the students' different features, to stimulate their curiosity and elevate the teaching level effectively.
