顾客与员工,孰重孰轻?

摘要 在餐饮企业中,我们经常听到这样一种说法顾客就是上帝,顾客永远是对的!很长时间以来,这种说法成为很多餐饮企业恪守的一条金科玉律,指导着企业的人力资源发展战略和企业服务营销战略。也正是在这一理论的指导下,顾客的需求得到了最大限度的满足,企业也同时取得了相应的发展。直到某一家餐饮企业因为顾客提出的无理要求而拒绝为其提供服务,而且这一做法居然找到了相关法律为依据。这使得顾客至上理论遇到了前所未有的冲击,于是很多餐饮企业开始反思:顾客和员工,到底孰重孰轻?二者之间又有何联系? There is a very popular saying in the catering sector: the customer is God,the customer is always right! For a long time, this is an infallible law which has been governing many catering enterprises. At the same time, it has been guiding the human resources development and service marketing strategies of these enterprises. Guided also by this theory, the customers' demands are maximized, and the enterprises obtain the corresponding development. Surprisingly, not long ago, a restaurant refused a customer because of an unreasonable requirement raised by him, and obtained the relevant law supports. This event shocked that theory, and then many catering enterprises have begun to reflect on: customers and employees, who are more important? What're links between them?
