阐述了"155号文"铁路工程评标办法以及目前决定铁路价格的主要因素,进一步通过深刻分析计算评标办法中复合法和有效报价上限系数法数据之间存在的关系,得出了该评标办法的报价规律,对当前施工企业经营和决定投标报价具有指导作用和参考价值。
The bid evaluation method in File No. 155 is elaborated as well as major factors influencing the quoted price of railway engineering. Based upon in depth analysis of the relationships between composite method and high limit coefficient method the bid quotation regularity of this evaluation method is obtained, which has a certain instruction actions for bidding decision making of construction enterprises
