摘要
指出建设项目的造价控制贯穿于项目的全过程,从建设项目的各个阶段分析了不同阶段造价控制中存在的问题,阐述了工程造价控制的改进措施及对策,并提出了几点建议,以最大限度地提高建设资金的投资效益。
The article points out that construction cost control runs through the whole process of the project, analyzes problems existed in cost control at different stages from various stages of construction project, illustrates the improvement and countermeasures for construction cost control, and makes some suggestions, in order to maximally increase investment results of construction funds.
