摘要
结合工程实际,对住宅建筑外墙墙体、面砖、抹灰、建筑构造等产生渗漏的原因进行了探讨,针对渗漏的原因,提出了相应的防治措施,以期最大限度地消除外墙渗漏所带来的不便,提高住宅质量。
Combined with practical work reasons caused the leakages in external wall, face brick, floated coau, building construction and other parts are analyzed, atthe same time corresponding prevention measures are proposed in order to maximally eliminate this kind of defect to improve the quality of houses.
