摘要
教师是一个特殊的社会群体,由于其职业的特殊性,教师人力资本产权与一般人力资本产权存在着某些差异。文章从产权的相关概念出发,阐述教师人力资本产权的内涵,探讨了教师人力资本产权的一些特性,并据此为学校人力资源管理提供启示。
The teacher, as a special social group, has some prominent features when compared with other professions, therefore,teachers＇ human capital property has some differences from others. This paper begins with the connotation of teachers＇ human capital property, discusses some characters of teachers＇ human capital property, and aims to give some advices to school human resource management.
