摘要
以大叶黄杨为实验材料,研究了大叶黄杨(Euonymus japonicus)叶片中保护酶系统对梯度降温的响应.结果表明:随着温度的降低SOD和POD的活性先升高后降低,当温度降到5℃时,SOD和POD的活性均达到最高,分别为对照的7.2倍和106.61%,随着温度的降低,CAT的活性总体表现为先下降后升高的趋势,当温度降到15℃时,其活性降为对照的90.91%,而后CAT活性逐渐增强,0℃时活性比对照提高了118.18%.在低温胁迫下,大叶黄杨通过这几种酶的协同作用,使自由基维持在正常水平,从而防止自由基伤害,抵抗不良环境.
One -year- old seedlings of Euonymus japonicus were selected as experimental material in this paper. We focused on the effect of cell defense enzyme system to low temperature in leaves of Euonymus japonicus. It was shown that: along with the temperature was lowered, the activities of SOD, POD increased at first , then decreased. When the temperature drops to 5 ℃, the activity of SOD and POD reaches its peak, and is seven point two times and one hundred and six point six one percent respectively of contrast; The activity of CAT exhibited down- up trends while the temperature decreased ,when the temperature decreased to 15 ℃ ,the activity dropto ninety point nine one of contrast, subsequently , the activity of CAT increase gradually , when the temperature drop to 0 ℃, the activity increase one hundred and eighteen point one eight. Under the low temperature stress, cell defense enzyme sustained free radical in leaves of Euonymus japonicus at a normal level, to against injury.
