摘要
孤东油田注聚剖面测井采用了有关放射性同位素示踪液配制和喷射的2项关键技术。前者包括所研制的131Ba微球示踪剂悬浮液配制箱,以及孤东油田聚合物与示踪剂悬浮液的浓度-粘度匹配参照数据,它们使所配制的示踪液具有很好的悬浮性、流动性和稳定性;后者主要指一种新型井下131Ba微球粘稠悬浮液释放器,其喷射孔直径可调,可遥控选择连射或点射。籍此,克服了示踪剂在聚合物中抱团聚堆,沾污油、套管和井下工具等问题,使示踪液能够均匀进入每个小层,不仅能够确定分层段的注聚量,而且能够确定分小层注聚剖面。介绍了该技术在孤东油田的应用情况,并指出其优点及局限性。
Two key techniques concerning preparation and jetting of isotopic tracer are adopted in polymer-injected profile test of Gudong oilfield. The first one includes a device developed for preparing suspending liquid of micro-spherical 131 Ba tracer and local data by which concentration-viscosity of the polymer and the suspending liquid can be matched in Gudong oilfield, they make the suspending liquid be of excellent suspension property, fluidity and stability. The second one means a new downhole releaser of 131 Ba viscous suspending liquid which can be remote-controlled to select jetting continuously or jetting in burst, and whose diameter of spout can be adjusted. These measures overcome the problems such as the tracer aggregating in the polymer or contami- nating tube, casing or downhole tool, make the tracing liquid entry into every subzone, so that not only the polymer injecting quantity of interval, but also the polymer-injected profile of indi- vidual subzone can be determined. Its application cases in Gudong oilfield are introduced briefly, and its advantages and limitations are also discussed.
