摘要
对测定锌的锌(Zn^2+)-溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)-水杨基荧光酮(SAF)显色体系进行了研究。结果表明,在CTMAB存在下,于pH8.3 Na2B4O7-HCl介质中,Zn^2+与水杨基荧光酮(SAF)形成最大吸收波长为570 nm的有色络合物,表观摩尔吸光系数为4.23×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1,锌浓度在0~30μg/25 mL范围内符合比尔定律。研究了测定锌各种条件和共存离子的影响,并测定了明胶中的微量锌,回收率为99.8%~104.8%,相对标准偏差为2.01%。
The chromogenic system [zinc(Ⅱ)-hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB)-salicylfluorone (SAF)] for the determination of micro zinc is developed. It is showed that in the presence of CTMAB and in the medium of pH8.3 Na2B4O7-HCl, Zn^2+ reacted with SAF to give a colored complex whose the maximum wavelength was at 570 nm and the apparent molar absorptivity (ε) was 4.23×10^5 L·mol^-1·cm^-1. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0-30 μg/25 mL for zinc. The conditions for determining zinc using this method and the elects of coexitent ions on the determination were examined. In appling the method to determine micro zinc in gelation, the RSD and recoveries are found as 2.01% and 99.8%-104.8%, respectively.
