摘要
目的:观察淫羊藿总黄酮对小鼠急性心肌缺氧的保护作用。方法:常压缺氧条件下分别观察小鼠平均存活时间和心肌耗氧量;采用夹闭气管法观察小鼠平均心电消失时间。结果:淫羊藿总黄酮高、低剂量组均能延长小鼠平均存活时间,降低心肌耗氧量。结论:淫羊藿总黄酮能明显降低小鼠心肌氧耗,保护缺氧心肌,延长小鼠存活时间。
OBJECITVE To observe the role of total flavonoids of epimedium in the protection of acute myocardial anoxia in mice. METHODS The mean survival time and the capacity of myocardial oxygen consumption under ordinary pressure in mice were observed and the disappearance time of electrocardiographic sign in mice was measured by clamping their trachea. RESULTS Total flavonoids of epimedium of various dosages could prolong the mean survival time and decrease the disappearance time of electrocardiographic sign in mice. CONCLUSION: Total flavonoids of epimedium can evidently reduce the capacity of myocardial oxygen consumption protect the hypoxic myocardium and increase the ability of anti-stress in mice with acute myocardial anoxia.
