摘要
给出五点斜排双曲肘合模机构弹性动力学模型,对肘杆振动的理论计算值和实验结果进行了对比研究,对实测动模板三向振动值进行了小波分析,发现动模板振动与肘杆弹性变形间的对应关系,为减少合模时的振动、提高合模精度提供了依据。
A kineto-elastic dynamics model for double-toggle clamping unit with diagonal-five points is presented. The theory and experiment result of the vibration of toggles are studied. The three-direction vibration experiment signal of the move mold board is analyzed by using wavelet theory. Corresponding relation between the vibration of move mold and elastic distortion of toggles is discovered. The theoretic basis for decreasing vibration and increasing die-clamping precision is offered.
