摘要
针对纺织车间高温高湿的特点,对传统纺织空调送风加湿方式和常见问题的解决办法做了介绍,重点探讨了近年来提出的大小环境送风加湿法、前置式喷雾风机送风加湿法以及过饱和置换通风法的工作原理和存在的优缺点;提出了双露点送风加湿法,并分析了其热湿过程和节能效果。
In this paper are presented solutions to familiar problems and means of air-supply and humidification concerning with traditional textile air-conditioning. Based on it, the working mechanism and its advantages and disadvantages of air supply and humidification under large and small environment, by use of former setted spraying fan, and using over saturation and replacement ventilation have been mainly discussed. Furthermore, the air-supply and humidification at double dew point are put forward with the course of heat and moisture and energy saving analyzed.
