摘要
目的:观察补冲丸治疗肾阳虚型黄体功能不全的临床疗效。方法:将70例患者随机分为治疗组和西药对照组。对照组采用烯丙雌醇治疗,中药组采用补冲丸治疗,主要观察临床疗效、症状改善情况、性激素水平以及宫内膜分泌情况。结果:中药组获得40%妊娠率,92.5%有效率,与西药组对照,有显著性差异(P<0.05);同时,治疗组肾阳虚症状改善明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补冲丸治疗肾阳虚型黄体功能不全所致不孕和重复流产疗效可靠。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of luteal phase defect due to kidney-yang deficiency treated with buchong pill. Methods: 70 cases with luteal phase defect due to kidney-yang deficiency were divided into treated group and control group at random, control group was given western medicine, treated group was given buchong pill. The curative effect, symptomatic improvement, sexual hormones and endometrial secretion were observed. Results: The curative effect of buchong pill group was better than that of control group, its effective rate was 92.5%, pregnancy rate was 40%, which in the control were 63.3% and 16.7%, there were obviuos difference between the two groups (P<0.05), the symptomatic improvement about kidney-yang deficiency in buchong pill group was more significant than that in the control. Buchong pill could increase sexual hormones contents and improve the endometrial secretion. Conclusion: Buchong pill can effectively treat sterility and repeated abortion induced by kidney-yang deficiency type luteal phase defect.
