摘要
我国已进入老龄化社会,且农村的老年人要远多于城市,相对于城市老年人来说,农村老年人的养老问题更值得关注。因此,在对农村老年人养老中出现的问题进行调查的基础上,提出如何才能从法律制度的完善及相关的社会养老体系的建立方面使农村老人老有所养。
Our country has entered the aging society, also the old people in rural is far more than those in the city. Be contrasted to the olds in cities, the rural supporting problem worths paying more attention to. Therefore,on the basis of the investigation, the author proposes how to improve the legal systems and the related social supporting system to solve this problem.
