摘要
美国华裔文学现已成为文学和文化研究的重要内容,受美国亚裔文学研究范式的影响,国内美国华裔文学研究往往从中国文化视角入手,相对突出了其"华裔"特色,而在一定程度上忽视了它的美国特征。然而,美国华裔文学作为美国文学的一部分,它首先是美国文学的问题。因此,美国华裔文学研究不仅要在中国文化中寻根,更应在美国传统中溯源。本文将从研究存在的问题出发,探讨多元文化语境下华裔文学与主流文学间的互动,以及自由主义传统对华裔文学的"美国化"影响。
Chinese - American literature has become a key issue in literature and its research. Under the influence of studying pattern of Asian American literature, domestic studying of the literature always starts from Chinese literature, highlighting its ＂Chinese origin＂ over its American features. Chinese - American literature as a part of American literature belongs to the category of American literature. So the research should not only chase its root from Chinese literature, but also tract to American source. This paper in the view of mere studying discusses the interaction between Chinese - American literature and mainstream literature in multi - cultural context and the ＂Americanization＂ influence of liberalism upon Chinese - American literature.
