摘要 目的了解胸锁乳突肌上段的血供情况,为临床应用胸锁乳突肌-耳大神经瓣或其它蒂在上的胸锁乳突肌瓣提供进一步的解剖学依据。方法应用4例新鲜尸体标本,2例用于血管灌注,2例用于血管铸型,结合两种解剖学研究方法,对胸锁乳突肌上段进行解剖观察,了解其血管构筑情况。结果胸锁乳突肌上段的血供来源为枕动脉和耳后动脉,且肌内有比较丰富的血管吻合。结论应用胸锁乳突肌-耳大神经瓣或其它蒂在上的胸锁乳突肌瓣有着可靠的血液供应。 Objective To investigate the blood supply to the upper part of sternocleidomastoid muscle for using sternocleidomastoid muscle as sternocleidomastoid muscle -great auricular nerve flap or other upper pedicle sternocleidomastoid muscle flap. Methods Four fresh fetus cadavers, two for latex perfusion and two for vessel cast, were dessected and the vessels supply to sternocleidomastoid muscle were observed. Results The upper sternocleidomastoid muscle was constantly provided by occipital artery and posterior auricular artery. There were rich anastomosis between these two arteries in the upper part of sternocleidomastoid muscle. Conclusion The occipital artery and posterior auricular artery guarantee the blood supply of upper stemocleidomastoid muscle.
