摘要
利用BCA蛋白测定法对银掺杂的二氧化钛(Ag-TiO2)薄膜表面人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC)的增殖性能进行了研究,并利用细胞毒性LDH实验、免疫荧光标记等方法对影响因素进行了初步探讨。实验结果表明,随着薄膜中掺银剂量的增加,细胞增殖性能降低。其降低原因不是由银的细胞毒性引起的,而是由于银离子的存在影响了内皮细胞的贴壁性能,进而影响了其后续增殖。
The proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVEC) on the Ag doped titanium dioxide films(Ag-TiO2 films) were investigated by bicinchoninine acid(BCA) assay. Moreover, the possible reasons for such an influence were studied by means of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) assay and fluorescent staining. The results show that the cell proliferation property decreased with the increasing of Ag doping dose, and it was attributed to the decrease of the adhesion property caused by Ag, rather than the cytotoxicity of the filmo
