摘要
一种语言拥有的词汇不是彼此孤立地存在,而是按一定的概念组成语义场,属于同一语义场的词彼此休戚相关,它们不仅在语义上相当,且相互制约。了解语义场的内涵及其特点,把语义场理论运用到英语词汇教学中可以更好地为教学服务。
The theory of semantic field is practical and widely used. This article introduces the origin of semantic field theory, including its content, variety and characteristics. It further discusses the application of semantic field to the teaching of English vocabulary.
