摘要
目的观察椎间盘内注射臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法选择腰椎间盘突出症患者148例,在CT引导下行盘内穿刺注射浓度为50μg/mL臭氧10～15mL,盘外(椎间孔)注射浓度为40μg/mL臭氧10mL,得保松1mL,观察其治疗效果。结果148例腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗3个月后进行随访,按照改良MacNab疗效评定标准进行评定,总有效率91.8%(135例),优良率81.0%,本组穿刺成功率100.0%,未出现1例脊髓、神经、硬膜囊、血管、肠管损伤等严重并发症的发生。结论CT引导下臭氧盘内、盘外注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症,具有定位准确、操作简单、安全可靠、痛苦小、并发症少、恢复快、效果佳的特点,深受医患的欢迎和接受,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症良好的介入治疗方法之一,具有一定推广应用价值。
Objective To observe the curative effect of ozone injected in CT targeting treatment for lubar intervertebral disc protrusion （LIDP）. Methods 148 cases of LIDP were chosen to inject 50μg/mL ozone 10 - 15mL in intervertebral disc by CT targeting and 40μg/mL ozone 10mL and betamethasone compound lmL in intervertebral foramina and observed curative effect. Results 148 cases of LIDP were follow-up visited and evaluated according to reforming MacNab curative effect evaluation standard after 3 months,total effective rate was 91.8%, good rate was 81.0% ,puncturatio was 100.0%, no severe complications such as spinal cord, nerves, scleromeninx sack,blood vessel,intestinal canal injury. Conclusion It has features of exact locating, simple operation, security, tiny pain, few complication, quick recovery, good curative effect,is welcome and accepted by doctors and patients,is one of good interventional therapy methods of LIDP treatment and has wide application value that ozone injected in intervertebral disc and intervertebral foramina by CT targeting treatment for LIDP.
