摘要
目的了解医院处方用药的不合理现状,提高医师和药师合理用药水平。方法随机抽取2006年我院门诊及住院药房1～12月每月15日一天的处方共12407张,从中挑出不合理处方进行归类分析。结果不合理处方1149张(占9.26%),主要表现为药物配伍不合理;药物用法用量不合理;抗生素使用不合理及选药不合理等。结论临床医师应继续加强合理用药知识的学习,作为药师,除努力提高自身的专业素质外,更应该为患者的合理用药把好最后一道关。
Objective To know about the present situation of unreasonably prescription drugs and improve the pharmacist and certified doctors quality in using drug. Methods 12407 prescriptions were selected randomly from 15th of every, month from outpatient service and pharmacy in our hospital in 2006, from which we chose the unreasonable prescriptions and analyze them in catalog. Results The number of inrationality prescriptions were 1149（ 9.26% ）. Most of them were abused drug. The quantity and the way of using drug were wrong. Using antibiotics and chosing drugs were also unreasonable. Conclusion Physicians should learn more about how to reasonably use drug. As a certified doctors,it is improtant to improve professionial quality and they ought to reasonably use drug for patients.
