应变率成像在心肌缺血疾病诊断中的应用

摘要 过去的二十年里,对左心室功能以及局部室壁运动变化的研究要求逐渐增多。心肌舒缩运动豹评价形式逐渐增多,除常规外,还有M型室壁运动分析和多普勒血流频谱分祈、彩色室壁运动分析等,不足的是多受个人主观因素影响。面应变率成像技术(SRI)的出现,很大程度上减小了这些误差,现将SRI在心肌缺盘诊断中的应用作—综述。
